Kung Pao chicken is made of chicken neck pieces with skin on and a lot of bone...extremely disappointing

I ordered fries as a sides. But have not recieved them in a package. Tried calling MC Crunchies through the given number, but there is no response from their end. And the delivery of food was too delayed.
Food is better not soo tasty as expected.
