The food here is very good — no doubt about that. People travel from far just to enjoy the taste, and that’s the biggest strength of this place. However, unfortunately, the owner's behavior towards customers is very disappointing. Even when available, they refuse service and speak in a very rude and arrogant manner. One of the most disrespectful things said was: "Doesn’t matter where you’ve come from." — that's not something a customer should hear. Good food only goes so far when the customer experience is ruined by such behavior. I truly hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and improves how they interact with people. Extremely Disappointed – Total Waste of Money! I visited Mazda Bakery in Anand and had a Veg Puff and what they call a Burger – honestly, this place is a complete rip-off! The Puff was ridiculously overpriced and very Small (Probably 2 Bites) and tasted like it was made with the cheapest ingredients possible. Nothing flavorful – just dry, oily, and tasteless. And don’t even get me started on the so-called Burger – it’s not a burger at all, just a dry bun with absolutely nothing inside. It felt like eating masala pav without masala – seriously, what a joke! They are charging premium prices for street-level food, and that too with pathetic quality. I don’t mind paying more for good food, but this was just bland, overpriced junk. For your Reference Mazda Bakey: Standard Veg Burger Components:. Bun: Soft, usually sesame-topped. Patty: Made from potatoes, mixed veggies, crumb-coated and fried. Veggies: Lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber/capsicum. Sauces: Mayo, ketchup, mustard, or burger sauces. Cheese (optional): Slice or melted A proper veg burger should be filling, flavorful, and well-balanced with crispiness from the patty, freshness from the veggies, and moisture from the sauces. If it’s just dry bread with no real ingredients – it’s not a veg burger! Never going back. Totally not worth it. Avoid this place if you care about taste or value for money.
