I recently visited this newly opened Mayuri Family restaurant, and here's my feedback: Chicken Manchow Soup: Tasted good but was way too spicy. Management should consider adjusting the spice level for a more balanced flavor. Garlic Chicken: It helped to reduce the spiciness of the soup, but it didn’t really taste like garlic chicken. There were no garlic pieces in the dish, though it still tasted fine. Mutton Ghee Roast: Good, but not exceptional. If you're a mutton lover, I’d recommend trying the Mutton Ghee Roast at the Military Hotel in Magunta Layout for a better experience. Rashmi Chicken: Really delicious, but the egg foam on top didn’t quite add to the dish. It could be improved. Sausage Lollipop: This was by far the best dish. It was served hot and fresh, and I absolutely loved it. Butter Chicken: Tasted good, but again, not outstanding. The flavor could use a little improvement. Service: Overall, the service was decent. The waiters were attentive and checked in on us regularly. However, I would suggest providing both a spoon and a fork when serving, as I was given a fork but no spoon. Suggestions: Wait Time Between Courses: During my visit, the manager (or person in charge) rushed us to order the main course before we had finished our starters. I’d suggest giving customers more time to enjoy their starters before moving on to the main course. Suggestions to Staff: When customers ask for recommendations, the manager/supervisor should be more confident in their suggestions. I didn’t feel reassured about the items he suggested, and he didn’t seem very confident about ensuring the chef would prepare them well. Ambience: The ambience is good, and the restaurant is clean, but there were quite a few mosquitoes, which made the visit uncomfortable. They should address this issue. Overall Experience: It’s a decent place with a mixed experience and budget friendly. I would rate it 3.5/5 and hope they improve on the above points for a better overall experience next time.
