*Disappointing Experience: Poor Hygiene and Service* I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. Although the food was good, our order of curd rice was compromised due to poor utensil hygiene. The rice tasted and smelled strongly of Vim soap, which was unacceptable. Despite requesting a replacement twice, the staff reluctantly changed the dish, but only provided half a serving. This lack of attention to hygiene and poor service was distressing. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues.
