I was strolling around Jagdish chowk when we crossed Mayur Cafe, inside Baba Palace Hotel. We were hungry so thought of giving it a try. The place is right at Jagdish chowk. We went to their rooftop restaurant and apprehensively,since there were no reviews on Zomato, ordered 2 Rajasthani thalis. To my utter surprise the thali was mind blowing. We later tried their egg curry and daal tadka, which again stood up to my expectations. The unlimited Rajasthani thali, worth Rs 280/+tax, is a must try. I just felt the churma could have been better, as it was more like panjeeri.
You get a view of the famous Jagdish temple from the roof as well.
