Mayfair Spring is spoiling the name of Mayfair group. They have made the hotel very beautiful or trying to make it luxurious but should have waited till the time it is fully completed. They have started taking bookings in hurry. Entire hotel is full of dust since construction work is going on. Dust is every where, room, bathroom etc and also in food which is not visible. Entire corridor is full of dust. They have made rooms but Didn't had time to clean the dirt of painting, false celling marks, etc AC is not working properly in room. In dinning hall it is not sufficient and people are sweating. House keeping doesn't have replacement towels. They are in short of staff in compare to booking they have taken. Used plates and glasses are lying in the corridor for more than 36 hrs. I have stayed in many properties of Mayfair and have very high regards for them but Mayfair Spring is very disappointing. In Short they are spoiling the reputation of Mayfair group. Service: 1

Rooms were of good size. But there were no lifts. Breakfast spread was quite elaborate but the staff was not at all attentive. Their only focus was on the members of the wedding who booked pretty much the whole resort. The person at the reception was also very rude. Service: 3
