Very awesome experience. All the arrangements were extremely excellent. Really a wonderful stay. Rahul Choudhary, the person who was responsible for my room cleaning and Housekeeping was a wonderful and dedicated professional. His work was simply exceptional . Thanks for the effort.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the service was absolutely terrible. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to get seated, even though there were several empty tables. When we finally got a table, the waiter took another 20 minutes to take our order, and he seemed completely uninterested in serving us. The food was equally disappointing. I ordered the steak, which was supposed to be cooked medium-rare, but it came out well-done and was incredibly tough and chewy. My companion ordered the pasta, which was bland and overcooked, with a sauce that tasted like it came straight from a can. The portions were small, especially considering the high prices. To make matters worse, the restaurant was uncomfortably loud, making it hard to have a conversation. The tables were cramped together, and the overall ambiance was chaotic rather than pleasant. We tried to address our concerns with the manager, but they were dismissive and offered no apology or solution. We ended up leaving most of our food untouched and left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Overall, this was a terrible dining experience. The poor service, bad food, and unwelcoming atmosphere made it a complete waste of time and money. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service: 1
