Worst people behind the counter. Heartless to say the least. Went to Maxim’s today to buy many things but came out with zero stuff - all because of high-headedness of their person behind the counter. My senior citizen aunt started to feel quite weak and we wanted her to quickly eat something. Hence I requested a person at the counter packing things for people to please heat it so that we can give to the person who wasn’t feeling well. In normal circumstances, you will find others understanding and cooperative. But not so at Maxim’s. The person told me “atcha, toh baaki packing rok kar main aapki cheez heat kar dun” - this when he was informed that it’s for a person who is not feeling well, and that I was buying other things too and that can wait to be packed. But he was rude to the core. And I highlighted this to the so-called manager who was useless totally and had no say or impact whatsoever. Anyway, they have lost many customers today because I have passed this terrible feedback to all my friends and family. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
