Had the pleasure of visiting Mauve, Ahmedabad once again, and every single visit reminds us why it continues to be one of our absolute favourite fine dining places in the city. A big reason we keep coming back is because our little one absolutely loves their famous Alice in Wonderland pizza — and honestly, it deserves every bit of the hype! This time, we also ordered their classic cold coffee, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The seasonal special Makhana Chaat was an absolute standout — a solid 10/10 in both flavour and presentation. The Bao Buns were equally exceptional, another easy 10/10. And of course, my personal all-time favourite at Mauve — their Aglio Olio Spaghetti — was once again flawless. Simple, comforting, and packed with flavour, just the way it should be. And yes, our little one’s beloved Alice in Wonderland pizza was, unsurprisingly, another 10/10! Beyond the food, Mauve continues to impress with its elegant ambience, attentive service, and overall refined dining experience. It truly delivers what a fine dine experience should feel like — warm, memorable, and consistently outstanding. If you haven’t visited Mauve yet, it’s an absolute must-try.
