Mausam Restaurant is a must-visit for me whenever I’m in Surat! The food is just amazing, and their dosa—oh wow, no words to describe it! The only issue is space. On weekends, there’s a long waiting time (around 30-45 minutes), so I usually go for takeaway. Even in a parcel, the dosa stays crispy, not soggy. I highly recommend their Mysore Masala Dosa, but honestly, everything on the menu tastes great. If you want to dine in, try visiting on weekdays or during buffet hours on weekends to avoid the rush.
