My experience at The Grand Matki was extremely disappointing. We had to wait for almost 2 hours just to get a table, and the management showed absolutely no concern or accountability. What was most disturbing was the clear favoritism. Old or well-known customers were taken in immediately, while new customers were left waiting endlessly. This place feels less like a restaurant and more like a private club for familiar faces. The management is poor, unprofessional, and careless. They clearly do not value time or respect new customers. As long as business keeps running, they seem uninterested in improving their system or behavior — which is a very dangerous attitude for any service business.
