This was one of the worst experience I ever had. Me and my cousin brother waited for a parcel for one hour, after which when we asked shopkeeper, he told to get our money and go back, and started bullying us and calling us bad words. I never get angry in any scenarios, and I never quarrel or utter any words loudly. Pity this is happening to a common man like me. I hate this restaurant totally now, wish people read my feedback. I would advice don't ever go here. At least, the customers should be treated decently, not like beggars.

The worst hotel in thiruvalla . Me and my cousin brother waited nearly an hour for a parcel and when enquired the cashier uttered out bad words and started a quarrel . Try bringing up people with senses to your managemnt team
