Matamaal - The Kashmiri Restaurant is one of the most prominent Kashmiri specialty restaurants in Pune, with locations around India and a reputation for offering authentic Kashmiri Pandit cuisine. Matamaal is a Kashmiri word that meaning "grandmother's home" and the restaurant embodies that essence of homey and tradition. The staff is friendly. The main attraction is their Kashmiri Wazwan Thali, which I tasted. I enjoy Gushtaba and rice. The location is not wheelchair accessible. It is on the second floor of Pristine Square and lift is available. There is no separate parking for restaurant only street parking is available.
