A small bakery run by an elderly couple and located just after the railways tracks in Majorda. With a limited and inexpensive menu, they serve some delicious finger food. Masterchef is a branch of Patisserie Victoria.

We had 2 Chicken Burgers and 2 Garlic Chicken Sticks

A good sized burger bun with 2 big deep fried chicken pieces that are perfectly cooked. What makes the burger even special is their delicious homemade sauce.

A sizable deep fried chicken stick which is moist and an absolute delight to eat. Although deep fried, these are not oily and have a really good garlic flavour.⠀⠀

Unfortunately, since we were in a hurry, we were not able to try any of their cakes.

Just happened to go to this bakery because it was across the road from an Amul outlet and we needed to buy a birthday cake. The food turned out to be awesome-we tried the chicken croissant and the fresh pineapple cake. The cheese patties did not have cheese in it as expected but was more like cheese straws in patty form. Aunty was not very friendly when we entered but she was nice enough to give us a slice of cake to try, without us asking for it. However, uncle came in 2 minutes later and he was downright rude and screamed at us for asking what things were (Goan specialities we hadn't heard of before which were in sealed boxes, so not even visible) as if we were doubting the quality of his food. Would love to go there again to eat but I don't think we will because it's not worth being shouted at by some stranger for no reason. 5 stars for the food, 1 for the service, so 3 overall.
