My dad, who was the bank manager at the time, shared a wonderful friendship with Masoom Uncle, whose warmth and hospitality made every visit even more memorable. The bond between them made the bakery feel like an extension of home. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth cakes, warm bread, or other delicacies, everything was crafted with care and passion. We were heading to Kurseong by cab that day when we came across this shop, and the moment we saw it we parked the car nearby and went inside the bakery. We were totally mesmerized by the sight of the variety of cakes,cookies and pastries. Cream roll,black forest pastry and coconut cookies are the best we had there..
