Great tea is a decent choice. The high ratings of this restaurant wouldn't be possible without the terrific staff. Fine service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is comfortable. But people rate Masala cafe below average on Google.

I visited Masala Cafe during my travels to Sultan Bathery for lunch. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The water was served in a dirty glass with food particles from previous use. Despite complaining to the waiter twice and requesting a replacement, it was not addressed. When I raised these concerns with the cashier during bill payment, they did not listen or address the issues. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, below average food , high price(meals 80 rs) and indifferent customer service made for an unsatisfactory dining experience at Masala Cafe.
