Among the drinks, there is great tea. The cool staff meets you at this restaurant all year round. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. You might pay your attention to the exotic atmosphere. But most visitors who use Google didn't give Masala cafe a high rating.

I visited Masala Cafe during my travels to Sultan Bathery for lunch. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The water was served in a dirty glass with food particles from previous use. Despite complaining to the waiter twice and requesting a replacement, it was not addressed. When I raised these concerns with the cashier during bill payment, they did not listen or address the issues. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, below average food , high price(meals 80 rs) and indifferent customer service made for an unsatisfactory dining experience at Masala Cafe.
