Masala Twist is pretty near Plaza Premium Lounge. Guests don't like chicken and masala chai at this cafe. At Masala Twist, you can order dishes as a takeout. From the guests' point of view, the staff is annoying here. Disappointing service is something that visitors don't like at this place. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, atmosphere is dull here. A number of clients who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

The server sneezed all over the counter then blew his nose on the floor behind the counter. This continued for a good five mins. I was discussed and moved from the area. I then went to another kiosk in the airport and he came to that kiosk and continued to sneeze and blow his nose directly onto the public walk way area. I have never been more disgusted in my life with a food server.

They cheated me with a thousand time the bill. They charged me INR 5261.00 for one veg sandwich when I was travelling from Delhi International Airport. I was in hurry and received a message on my India's number which I did not check. They charge my more than I would have paid in a 5 star hotel. Now I am trying to find their number which is not available on google. Please give me my money back. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹2,000+

Masala Twist Outlet situated between Gate 12 and 13. They don't even know how to serve Hot Beverages. They served Hot Tea in Regular paper cup which is meant only for drinking water. Even they don't have LID to cover it. I bought a cup of tea which is fallen on my old age mother's lap. When I complaint to Miss Pooja who served us, she replied whatever we get from they company we served you. Pathetic service. Don't expect at the Delhi International Airport. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200
