My recent visit to Masala Republic – Banjara Hills was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that the staff had no interest in serving or welcoming guests. They were inattentive, disinterested, and lacked the basic courtesy you'd expect from a place claiming to offer a premium dining experience. The food was stale and substandard. We tried a few items, but the quality was way below expectations. Even worse, most of the items listed on the menu were out of stock — something you'd never expect from an established brand like Masala Republic. It felt like the team was just waiting to close for the day rather than actually serve customers. The management needs to take serious action — either retrain or replace the current team at this branch. Compared to other Masala Republic outlets, the Banjara Hills branch falls embarrassingly short in both food and service. Overall, it was a pathetic experience, and I can confidently say I will never visit this branch again. Save your time and money — this one is not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
