Had a wonderful experience at Masala Canteen! The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. Every dish we tried was fresh and well presented. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Really appreciated their warm hospitality. The name might be deceiving, but this is definitely a gem on Dummas Road! All the items we ordered were tasty and generous portions. I suggest, if you are a large group order two of each appetisers. The staff and waiters were friendly, helpful and overall customer service was great. I highly recommend this restaurant in visiting Surat! We came here with the office staff for the Diwali lunch. As this is the mixed restaurant which serves non veg and veg - so we selected this for diversity. Firstly the ambience was Normal - not too casual neither too aesthetic. The ac wasn’t functions well - we were feeling claustrophobic. The food was over priced in comparison to their taste and quantity. Don’t know about the non veg food but I tried the veg food which was mediocre. Service was good and staff was polite. Yes, they charge the service charge separately in the bill.. so if you don’t want to pay the service charge then you can deny them in advance. I guess an overhyped place.
