The food and ambiance were below average. However, I truly appreciated the efforts of one employee, Sonu. Despite managing 4–5 tables single-handedly, he remained polite, attentive, and professional, representing the team exceptionally well.On the other hand, the manager’s attitude was disappointing—rude, unaccommodating about the seating, and lacking basic communication skills.I would rate the place 2 stars overall, but because of Sonu’s dedication, I’m adding 2 extra stars solely for him.Thank you, Sonu – a true representative of Masala Ministry.
