Order was delayed and the food has gone cold and thus the vegetable does not taste good!! I think the restaurant should also look into this issue as the food experience which they provide to customers gets impacted if the order is sufficiently delayed!! And the frequency of delay in order delivery from your restaurant is higher as compared to other restaurants
