We would like to clarify this matter transparently for you and for future guests.At our restaurant, buffet billing is strictly based on what is consumed, not merely what is initially stated. During your visit, non-veg items were consumed at the table, and as per our clearly communicated policy, once non-veg food is consumed, the non-veg buffet is applicable. This was the reason the billing was done accordingly.We maintain complete transparency in our billing process, and it is not possible to opt for a veg buffet while consuming non-veg items and then request a veg billing at the time of payment. Our team explained this at the counter as well.That said, we regret that this experience left you dissatisfied.
