Too rigid attitude ! I along with my friend went to have a dosa , suddenly the counter person humiliated by saying u can have a dosa at Amli Maruti Dosa , is this the way to talk to a customer ! Very rude behaviour Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The experience was horrible because today tht is 25 th July 2025 at around 3 pm me and one my friend visited the newly open maruti dosa which is situated opposite lions english school.when we entered the store as an hotelier the staff of maruti dosa knows me very well so the cook welcomed me and I had an hi hello the the staff. then we placed an order & sat on the table.after 10 min as I run sendme food deliveries in silvasaa so I humbly asked the Lady owner why shouldn't you join sendme so tht your costumers can get home deleveries.she replied in very rough tone tht we don't need your help.she also told us why have'nt you visited the old branch which is situated at zhandachowk why have you come here in aggressive way .so my friend replied why can't we visit your store as an costumer ..? in humble way.she replied to her by pointing him I am not talking to you.and again she told me I don't like anyone who talk with my staff.then i replied told "first they have done hi hello to me then I jst replied jst thts it".this shows tht she don't have trust on her staff.the way she treated us tht was really miserable for me to digest.so we cancelled the order and moved away .it was insulting for me in presence of my friend and her staffs.as an hotelier she should respect each and every costumer in same manner .as far my experience in hotel line a small advice i would like to give her."
