The Gujarati thali was magnificent. The rotis and rice were unlimited, making it a fulfilling meal. The food quality was exceptional, deserving a 10 out of 10. However, the order processing did take some time, likely due to only two people serving the food. The thali includes four curries, rotis, and rice, all served as per your request. Accompaniments like onions, lemon, jaggery, lemon pickle, and mango pickle add to the variety. The chaas (curd with water) is a refreshing drink that helps beat the heat.
