THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST MARS CAFE AT MARS RESORTS. PHOTOS ATTACHED. EXPERIENCE AT HALDIRAM WAS SATISFACTORY. We stopped at Mars Resort on 4/10/24 for lunch on our way to Kotdwar. Haldiram was reasonably good and stuff was fresh. On our way out, we bought a box of Cookies from Mars cafe and opened the box on the way. Cookies were stale and inedible. I wanted to show this stale stuff on our way back on 6/10/24 but didn't have time. Earlier occasion also we had bought Patties which had to be thrown away. APPARENTLY MARS CAFE SELLS STALE STUFF TO CONSUMERS. MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
