We stayed at Marmara Beach House for one night. The location of the hotel is excellent, offering a stunning open sea view where you can hear the waves and enjoy the sunset. For the location, I would give it 5 stars. However, the rooms did not meet our expectations. We found a large cockroach near the bed. When we reported this to the hotel staff, they initially denied the possibility, claiming that no previous guests had complained. After some discussion, they provided us with insect spray. Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning when we arrived, though a technician was able to fix it after some time. The hotel does not have an in-house kitchen. They arrange breakfast from an external vendor if it is included in your package. While breakfast was included in our package, the hotel staff refused to provide it at the earlier time we requested.
