I ordered two Onam Sadhya for a total of ₹1688/-. When the food was delivered, the experience was extremely disappointing. • The delivery bag was torn, and the restaurant had poorly packed the food. • Even worse, they delivered only one Sadhya while attaching a bill for two Sadhyas. • This is not the first time such an issue has happened with this restaurant. On earlier occasions too, they either sent fewer items or missed complete meals. When I asked them to resend, they failed to do so. • For one Sadhya, they charged over ₹700, and it is shocking that they do not even provide the full set of items that are part of a proper Sadhya. This kind of negligence and repeated mistakes show clear lack of professionalism. It feels like fraud to charge customers fully and then deliver less. As a Malayali, I find this a blemish on the authenticity of Onam Sadhya and on the trust people place in such restaurants. I have taken a video as proof of how the food was delivered and have already rejected the order and registered a complaint. Mariyan Restaurant should be held accountable and ideally blacklisted from Zomato until they ensure fair, transparent, and reliable service. Southindian restaurent which is pathetic for south indian food.. You can try north indian here but dont try south indian chicken or non veg...its horrible
