Dine-in for 5 Maria Family Restaurant in Majiwada, Thane, continues to be one of those under-the-radar gems that deliver a consistently satisfying dining experience. We ordered a mix of seafood, Indian mains, and a couple of shakes — and every dish impressed. Prawns Tawa Fry (₹550) — Perfectly spiced, fresh, and cooked just right. The masala was coastal-style, robust yet balanced — easily the highlight of our meal. Maria Special Chicken Gravy (₹479) — A thick, flavorful gravy that felt like a chef’s signature creation. Great with both roti and naan. Paneer Butter Masala (₹350) — Creamy, mildly sweet, and comforting — paneer was soft and fresh. Peri Peri Fries (₹180) — Crisp, with a kick of spice that paired nicely with the rest of the spread. I visited the restaurant on a Monday evening with my friend. For starters, ordered Paneer Rozali , a dish featuring paneer, which was stuffed with a cheesy filling and grilled in tandoor and Prawns in Basil & Oyster Sauce were absolutely finger-licking good .For mains, we went with Butter Chicken and Tandoori butter rotis. The butter chicken was creamy, rich, and slightly spicier than usual — but you can always request to tone down the heat to your liking. We ended our meal with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, simple and of great quality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

We visited Maria Lounge Bar, Thane !! Loved the vibe there — simple & relaxed !! We started with Manchow Soup followed by Veg Manchurian with Egg Fried Rice - tasty combo !! We went on having Paneer Tikka Masala with tandoori roti & pudina paratha !! And then warm Gulab Jamun at the end !! Do visit if you’re craving good food & decent vibes !!
