Local bar with the common man and liquor combo. Fun place if you are local and speak the language.

Marcus bar is a adda for the locals that need some cheap booze at a susegad atmosphere. You'll often find the legend Marcus hanging out shirtless in the bar. If you're an early morning drinker than this is the place for you in parra.
