Worst restaurant i ever seen in my life in Ramtek owner is so rude arrogant, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead of apologizing for the poor service, they defended the staff’s behavior and made us feel like we were the problem. No greeting, no basic courtesy—just rude stares and irritated tones. When we asked simple questions about the menu, the server responded with clear attitude and impatience, as if we were wasting their time. Good food means nothing when the people serving it treat customers with such disrespect. This place seriously needs to train their staff on basic manners and professionalism. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food tasted really good, just like homemade Maharashtrian food. The price is also okay for the quality they give. Overall, the experience was not very bad, but also not very good.
