Pleased with the food and the service. I am sure the owner must have given some training to the staffs, they were excellent! Just a suggestion that you may switch on the AC in the noon to make us more comfortable. I recently dined at Maple Bakehouse, known for its special gravy biriyani. If you're a fan of this style, it's a suitable choice. Pair it with the passion fruit mojito or special lime juice for a refreshing twist. I sampled the fish, beef, and chicken biriyani. The fish biriyani was enjoyable, but the beef and chicken versions were a bit too heavy on the gravy for my taste. The restaurant can accommodate about 50 people and offers roadside parking. In my opinion, it was decent, but perhaps not quite living up to the hype. Prices range from 150-250 for the biriyani dishes.
