Mapple Resort, Chail is a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and warm hospitality. Nestled amidst dense pine forests with beautiful mountain views, the resort offers a truly peaceful getaway away from the chaos of city life. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with balconies that let you soak in the fresh mountain air and stunning landscapes. The food deserves a special mention—delicious, fresh, and comforting, with a good variety that caters to different tastes. What truly sets Mapple Resort apart is the staff. Courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring, they go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Whether it’s arranging local sightseeing, bonfire evenings, or simply ensuring you’re comfortable, their service is impeccable. I especially want to mention Pradeep and Priyanshu for their incredible service. The location is ideal for relaxation as well as exploration, with easy access to Chail Palace, the cricket ground, Kali Tibba Temple, Stone Kumbh and scenic nature walks. If you’re looking for a calm, rejuvenating holiday surrounded by nature, Mapple Resort Chail is a great choice. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone seeking a soulful mountain retreat.

Maple resort is a gem located in chail hills. Service , food, room cleanliness , and overall green effect is maintained by doing a great effort of platation , flowers are spread over in all resort. I hope I had fixed this resort for my family for this region...5 star rating no regret

Pleasantly surprised by this well-maintained and beautifully green resort. Chail is refreshingly different from the more commercialized hill stations like Shimla or Manali — it remains serene, lush, and perfect for those looking to relax amidst pine forests and cool mountain air. Coming to the resort, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The property is located about 8 km from Chail town — which, frankly, can be skipped, as there’s little to see apart from a few shops on the so-called mall road. I would recommend booking this resort with meals included, as the nearest food joint is nearly 5 km away. Speaking of food, my compliments to the chef — the menu isn’t extravagant but every dish we tried was delicious and satisfying. One suggestion: do make prior arrangements for your driver’s meals, as food options nearby are limited. The staff is courteous and always eager to help. Evenings are made delightful with light music and a cozy bonfire, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy nature in peace.
