“I recently ordered Chicken Khepsa from [Mao family restaurant Mahim] and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken did not taste fresh and had a strange texture, making it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the rice was also not fresh—it lacked the usual aroma and fluffiness, feeling dry and stale instead. The overall taste of the dish was far from what I expected….
