Here is the detail review for reply "reason". This hotel was my first preference for biryani in karad. Even I use to refer your quality to others. In my Zomato it's just manpasand biryani house orders. Last Tuesday i visited hotel and ordered "mutton dum biryani" parcel. It's cost was 270/- for full. But after paying cash to guy at hotel he took 280/- Extra 10 for parcel. Same thing is not mentioned anywhere on your counter or on menu card. For customers experience you should mention these details. It's matter of experience and not money. When we say dum it should be dum. But here we have to mix white rice and mutton or chicken gravy each time to balance spices from gravy at home. On top of this just 4 bone pieces were in full dum biryani. We have to expect just 2 in half? My overall experience was not good so I have rated one star. I hope this will help you to improve.
