TOOK HALDF HOUR ON RECEPTION- NO WELCOME NO WATER NOTHING PROSESSIONAL - OYO ROOM SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER WHICH COMES UNDER 1500 RUPEESCHECK BELOW 4800 RUPESS FOR THE FOLLWOING ISSUES AND SPOILED TRIP.1. ac leakage2. flush was not working3. 8 times called on reception no 9 to fix the flushfrom, called more than 10 times from 2 pm entry to 3 am nightMy friends was holding his pant for more than 1 hour for bathroom's flush to be fixed by room service plumber so he can poo..4. smell was in room like open gutter and sewer.5. room services is so bad that you have to call 5 times for each food order.6. they dont even the proper way to cook7. staff on receptions are so rude and non cooperative.8. not even a complimentary tea upon asking.don't ever book they dont focus and work on basic things.Literally time wasting trip spoilers book LAAL VILLAS JUST 50 METER AHEAD - LAAL VILLAS IS SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND FAR BETTER SERVICE AND CLASSIC ROOMS AND UPTO STANDARD FOOD AND ALL SERVICES.SHIVA OASIS IS GOOD AND FAR BETTER THAN MANOHAR VILAS.
