This branch of Manohar Bikaneri is a perfect example of how a good name can be ruined by terrible people. The staff is extremely rude and ignorant — not that I expect owner-like treatment, but even basic customer-centric behaviour is missing here. Add to that the shocking lack of hygiene. One look at their back room where sweets are prepared, and you’d think twice before ever eating sweets again in your life. If you’re in the area, here are better options: Cakes & Snacks – Sethi Cake Shop (far better cakes) Sweets – Kaleva or Haldiram (a little pricier, but at least hygienic) Fried Snacks with Tea – Mashoor Matthi Waala (fresh stock mostly)

Recieved a box of nuts, biscuits, sweets and a savoury snack as a Christmas gift. We loved the variety of the products and the new experience of Indian cuisine. A very enjoyable experience.
