Hotel Mannat – Honest Feedback for Improvement 1. Despite having good infrastructure and location, the hotel lacks basic hospitality at the grassroots level — the staff often appear disinterested and unwelcoming. 2. The service culture needs urgent attention — repeated requests are required even for basic things, and there’s a clear disconnect in guest interaction. 3. Hygiene is poor — leftover food near corners, stained table edges, and signs of fungus on walls near windows were visible. 4. Such conditions are unacceptable, especially when compared to other hotels of similar scale in the area that offer far better service and cleanliness. 5. I sincerely request the owner or higher management to relook at ground-level operations — unless the first point of contact (the staff) is trained and motivated, the hotel’s reputation will continue to decline, regardless of its infrastructure.
