Rooms at 6th Floor was with full of cockroaches then booked at 4th floor. Toilet seat bowl was in pathetic condition, after check-in on 27th Jun 2025 late night with family I clicked & showed the picture of dirty toilet and requested to change the room but person sitting at Reception told me that hotel is full and did not change and asked me to see in the morning however, most of the hotel rooms were vacant. The water tap opener was missing, seat was badly dirty, no brooming in room etc. It was really a painful stay with family. However the ground staff behaviour was good.
