Mangala Vilas on 19-A, AA Road, Sendarapatti, Salem, is one of the best restaurants I’ve visited. Despite its lively and busy atmosphere, the place is clean and well-maintained. Though parking is limited and the washroom is basic, it doesn’t affect the overall dining experience. With seating for over 30 people, it’s ideal for families and small groups. My brothers and I enjoyed Mutton Fry, Nattukozhi Fry, Parotta, and Dosai, all served hot on banana leaves, which gave a traditional feel and special touch. The parottas and dosas are made fresh and served hot, and their large size is an another highlight. Just one or two parottas are enough to satisfy your hunger. The taste of the non-vegetarian dishes was outstanding, making it a memorable dining experience. Overall, the taste and freshness of the food make Mangala Vilas a must-visit spot for non-veg lovers.
