Food quality s ok.. but the gravy they give seems to b tooo too thick.. i wonder what do they add to make such a thick gravy.. its of less taste also..

I have ordered food and one item was missed by hotel while packing. If I contact hotel they told to contact zomota guy to come and collect. If I check with them he told it's not our fault. So check with hotel and tell them to deliver.later from hotel itself they called and apologized and told like we will deliver. But I didn't get any food. If I call back no response from hotel. It's worst and irresponsible answer from both the side. I missed 180rs worth food.
