I've been a regular customer at Mangal Stores since it opened, but today I had a very disappointing experience. For several months now, there's been an issue with Airtel's network inside the store, and today it caused problems again at the popular bakery counter. I was trying to make a payment, but the transaction wouldn't go through. The staff member at the counter did her best to resolve the issue, even bringing the scanner outside to try and fix it. However, the store supervisor (a tall, healthy man in a maroon shirt) rudely scolded her for supposedly making other customers wait. Essentially, he was suggesting that she should just move on to the next customer and let me continue waiting. This kind of behavior in front of customers is unacceptable. I decided not to purchase anything further and returned the items. The store management really needs to train their staff on how to handle these situations properly and to address network issues within the store, instead of making it the customer's problem.
