This time we had a very poor experience with the managing staff, as well as the owner .The staff started to turn off while the guests were having their dinner at the buffet.Even as the partial payment was being discussed the managing started being passive aggressive and started agitating the youngsters while getting physically assaultive towards a young lady and gentlemen present among the youngsters and held the collar of the lady as few youngsters tried to stop him .After the owner came , she demanded extra cash and verbally abused and twisted a customers arm The manager also threatened the people around by addressing himself to be a member of military This was a very aggressive and unethical and unprofessional way to interact with customer
