I recently stayed at Mandore Gateway, and unfortunately, my experience as far from satisfactory. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff argued with me without any reasonable cause. When I requested to use the roof area to sit and relax, they not only refused but also removed the chairs from the roof, making it impossible for me to enjoy the space. This lack of hospitality and disregard for guest comfort was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Service: 1
