*1/5 stars* "My recent visit to Manbhavan Premium Thali Restaurant, Ambience Mall, MG Road Gurgaon" was a huge letdown. The food, which was the main reason for visiting, was a major disappointment. Not only was it served cold, but the taste was also far from satisfactory. Given the prices, I expected a certain level of quality, but unfortunately, it fell short. The service was equally underwhelming. Orders were delayed, and there was a noticeable lack of communication from the staff. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was met with complete indifference. No apology, no offer to rectify the situation, and no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. For a restaurant, customer feedback is crucial for growth and improvement. The lack of response to complaints raises serious concerns about their commitment to service and quality.
