Good biryani are the recipe for success of Manara - The Highway Karahi. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Fine service is something clients agree upon here. There is a comfortable atmosphere and beautiful decor at this place. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.6.

Beautiful place. Ambience is great. Staffs are good too. The main thing is food. Quality, quantity & taste everything is 5/5 for me. We tried butter naan, garlic naan, tandoori roti, chicken butter masala, chicken tikka biriyani, crispy chili babycorn & fresh lime soda. And not even single thing was average. Everything was delicious. Would recommend everyone & will surely visit again. This is a relatively new restaurant in Newtown towards action area III. The restaurant has a very aesthetically pleasing interiors with Indo-Persian decorative elements. Coming to the food, we ordered a special mutton biryani and tandoori chicken. Both items satiated us to the fullest. The biryani had the most authentic flavours and aroma. The staff were extremely polite and courteous. The prices are finely reasonable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

I've been watching Manara - The Highway Karahi come up on my daily commute, it looked stylish inside and out, and I was genuinely excited to try it out. With good Google reviews backing it up, we finally visited on a Saturday evening as a group of 7. We arrived just before 9 PM to a half-full restaurant, which made us hopeful for a smooth experience. We ordered a variety of chicken and mutton starters, gravy items along with parathas, naan, and biryani. The starters took a long time to arrive and were underwhelming. Then came another 40–50 minute wait for our main courses, which were served in parts. By the time the second half came, the first set was already cold. We had specifically asked for extra potatoes in our biryani, which were missing. Only after several follow-ups did the staff admit they had run out, over 90 minutes after we placed the order. No one proactively informed us, and service throughout was inattentive. The food itself was below average, and we ended up skipping dessert entirely. Staff didn’t even bother checking in, perhaps after seeing our disappointment. We finally left at 11:40 PM, frustrated and convinced we won’t return. Out of curiosity, I looked into their positive reviews the next day and noticed a pattern—many are clustered within a short time frame, and several reviewers haven’t reviewed any other places on Google.
