Disappointing experience with Manali's Kitchen on Zomato. I ordered Chilli Chicken and Pepper Chicken, but when I asked about the availability, the hotel staff called and suggested alternatives. I expressed concerns about food coloring, and their response was alarming - they admitted to using colors in all their dishes! Despite my hesitation, they still delivered the order, which was a mess. The Pepper Chicken was masquerading as Chicken 65. The dishes were full of artificial colors, which is unacceptable.Zomato needs to reassess its partnership with such restaurants. Until they improve their transparency and food quality, I'd advise others to avoid this place.*Suggestions for improvement:*1. Transparency about ingredients and food preparation.2. Better communication about dish availability and alternatives.3. Remove artificial colors from dishes.*Hope Zomato takes note and ensures better quality control.*
