The great location of Mamta Food Plaza makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Mamta motel and restaurant is a very old name on the bakhtiyarpur route and they have maintained their legacy in terms of food quality and service. We never miss going there whenever we are on this route. Mamta Food Plaza, Bhakhtiyarpur – A Must-Stop for Highway Travelers I have visited Mamta Food Plaza on NH-31 in Bhakhtiyarpur three times, and each experience has been delightful. This restaurant, known for decades, is a well-established and chilled-out spot for road travelers. The place boasts a spacious air-conditioned dining hall, big parking, making it a comfortable stopover. The highlight of the menu is their Gud Kheer, served in a traditional khullar (earthen pot). The authentic taste of thick milk combined with the subtle sweetness of gud is truly a treat. Beyond desserts, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian (especially mutton) dishes are fresh and flavorful. The staff is polite and well-mannered—something not always expected in the region—and the service is impressively quick. If you’re traveling on NH-31, Mamta Food Plaza is definitely worth a visit!
