Yesterday I parceled ve crispy , dragon chicken alfam manthi chicken Chettinad chiken curry and panneer buttermasala But all the orders were utter failure Nothing meet expectations . Not having taste and total waste of money .as it seems chefs were learning cooking .not at all recommended .if they are serving these foods there star rating ll go below 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 1

12/12/2024 Went to have some good time with friends. Firstly, I had to ask the people in the AC counter to switch on the AC as it was turned off for the first few mins after we sat in. The waiter had murky smile like I came from some alien planet, and kept it till we finished our food. Ordered Afghani Alfam, which was basically a bland white sauce poured on top of the Alfam, didn’t like it The kuboos served were not even cooked n was just raw A kalanji geill was also ordered which was basically sitting in their freezer for days and was charged 700 for the same. The only thing good about the place was I just decided not to go in there anymore. Having unfriendly n mannerless idiots as staff is the best way to destroy any business. I had lunch at mampazham restaurant with my family. We ordered a veg meal, chicken biryani, pepper chicken Mandi and kizhi biriyani and we got the food within 10 mins. The veg meal, chicken biriyani and pepper chicken Mandi were good and we were satisfied. Kizhi biriyani was not good as expected as we didn't like the taste and the omelette they provided tasted bad. The atmosphere of the restaurant felt okay and the cooling of the AC hall can be improved. Overall satisfied with the restaurant and the food. Hence 4 stars.
