Many times, I have visited Swan Path for Mama’s parantha, so when I saw their new outlet, I thought I would give the new branch, Parathan, a try. Taste-wise, the parantha was really good and consistent with what I expected. However, I had concerns regarding hygiene. I noticed the staff touching food with the same hand and there were some issues with cleaning and maintenance. Because of this, I might not visit again.
