Worst service ever , just for one meal they take around 1, 2 hours plus there's no customer so frustrated .

I ordered biryani from Mama's Cafe via Zomato, and the experience was frankly unacceptable. The biryani contained lots of small black stones, which made it not only unpleasant to eat but also unsafe. It was shocking to bite into hard particles that could have easily chipped a tooth. Clearly, the rice wasn't cleaned or prepared properly before cooking. This is a basic hygiene and quality issue that no restaurant should overlook. It completely ruined the meal and left me deeply disappointed. I expected much better from a place like Mama's Cafe. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure better food preparation practices going forward. Until then, I won’t be ordering again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
